Operator consciousness
Often, it's referred to as part of the Depersonalization-derealization disorder [ 1 ]. This is the weird state of a conscious being that knows their existence as a human is an extension of a perspective. The topic is deeply philosophical and abstract. Feelings of depersonalization and derealization can be very disturbing. You may feel like you're living in a dream. Psychologists say that this condition is more common in people who experience trauma, such as violence, abuse, or other kinds of extreme stress. [ 2 ] But what I am describing here is the "Operator consciousness". A lot of people confuse it with a person being 'unable to control oneself' or 'perceiving the world as being outside oneself'.
